Delivery cost

Every HyperRecovery chamber includes door-to-door delivery anywhere in Australia at no extra cost. Prices shown for soft chambers include delivery. Hard-shell chambers are quoted on enquiry, and your quote will confirm delivery to your address.

Delivery time

Allow about 4 weeks from order to delivery. Every chamber is pressure-tested before it leaves us, which is why delivery takes longer than a typical online order. We'll contact you to confirm a delivery date and time.

Where we deliver

We deliver to all Australian states and territories, including regional areas. We don't currently ship outside Australia.

Before delivery

• Measure the room and the full delivery route, including doors, hallways, stairs, lifts and tight corners, and compare them with the dimensions of your model.
• Check there is a suitable power point near where the chamber will go. Some hard-shell chambers need a dedicated circuit installed by a licensed electrician.
• If you live in an apartment, check your building's rules for booking the lift or loading dock.

Hard-shell chambers are heavy. We'll confirm any access or handling requirements with you before dispatch.

When your chamber arrives

Please inspect the delivery and tell us straight away if anything is damaged or missing. See our refund policy for damaged or faulty goods.
