Delivery

Every HyperRecovery chamber includes door-to-door delivery anywhere in Australia at no extra cost.

• Allow about 4 weeks from order to delivery. Every chamber is tested before it leaves us.
• We'll contact you to confirm a delivery date and time.
• Before you order, measure the room and the full delivery route, including doors, stairs, lifts and tight corners, and compare them with the model's dimensions. Hard-shell models are heavy, so we'll confirm any access or handling requirements with you first.

Cancellations

• Before your chamber ships: cancel for a full refund.
• After your chamber has shipped: a $5,000 restocking fee applies.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind after delivery, you can return your chamber. A $5,000 restocking fee applies, and the chamber must be complete, undamaged and packed as it was delivered. Contact us before sending anything back so we can arrange the return.

Damaged or faulty chambers

If your chamber arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us straight away. The restocking fee does not apply to damaged or faulty goods.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
