About these terms

This website is operated by HyperRecovery Pty Ltd (ABN 62 703 030 111) ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or buying from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our privacy policy, shipping policy and refund policy.

Products and information

We take care to describe our chambers accurately, including specifications, dimensions and inclusions. Product images are for illustration and minor differences in colour or finish may occur. Information on this website, including our Learn articles, is general information only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional.

Suitability and safe use

Hyperbaric chambers are pressurised equipment used with concentrated oxygen. You are responsible for confirming that a chamber is suitable for you and anyone who will use it, and for speaking with a qualified health professional where appropriate. You must install, operate and maintain your chamber in line with the operating manual and safety instructions supplied with it, including keeping it away from flames, heat sources and flammable materials.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices for soft chambers include delivery within Australia. Hard-shell chambers are priced on enquiry and quoted in writing. We may change prices at any time, but changes won't affect orders we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or we can't deliver to your address, in which case we'll refund any amount paid in full.

Delivery

We deliver door to door within Australia. Delivery times are estimates. See our shipping policy for details. Risk in the chamber passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once we receive full payment.

Cancellations, returns and warranty

Cancellations, change-of-mind returns and faulty goods are covered in our refund policy. Every chamber includes a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. See Warranty & Support.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products, or for loss caused by using a chamber other than in line with its operating manual and safety instructions.

Website use and content

All content on this website, including text, graphics and images, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or attempt to access it in an unauthorised way.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
